Hon’ble Shri Justice Vishal Dhagat (High Court of Madhya Pradesh)

Born on 14 December 1969 at Dibrugarh Assam, he passed BA Honours from Venkateswara College, Delhi University in the year 1990 and completed his LLB from Law College recognised by Hari Singh Gour University Sagar.He was enrolled as an Advocate with bar Council of Madhya Pradesh and started practice in High Court of Madhya Pradesh principal seat at Jabalpur. He practised in Civil Law, Criminal Law, Revenue Law, Writ side in all branches of Law including Constitutional Law, Service Law.He also worked as Government Lawyer for State of Madhya Pradesh in year 2017–18. There were many distinguished Lawyers in ancestry of late Pandit Lakshmi Shankar Dhagat but he was first generation Lawyer in family. His father was Emergency Commissioned Officer in Army and retired as Commandant CRPF. He was elevated as Judge in High Court of Madhya Pradesh on 27 May 2019.
