QUALIFICATION : Did B. Com. In 1997 and LL.B from Maharani Laxmibai College, Gwalior in the year 2000 in first Division.
(Both affiliated to Jiwaji Univesrsity Gwalior, M.P.)

Enrolled as an Advocate. : M.P . 1983/ 2000 Adv. STATE BAR COUNCIL OF M. P. at JABALPUR (M.P.)

EXPERIENCE : He has practiced for 19 years in High Court of M.P Gwalior Bench, District Court Claims Tribunal, Arbitration Tribunal Bhopal, Labour & Industrial court and other subordinate Courts in Gwalior Jurisdiction Dealing in Constitutional, Civil, Criminal, Claims, Service Matters.

He has served the State Government by working as a Government Advocate for State of M.P. in High Court Of M.P. Bench at Gwalior for a period of 2 years from 2009 to 2011.

He has worked as Dy. Advocate General, State of M.P. for High Court of M.P. Bench at Gwalior from 15th June, 2015–30th July, 2016.

He was appointed as Additional Advocate General, State of M.P. in High Court of M.P. Bench at Gwalior on 30th July, 2016 and has worked as Additional Advocate General State of M.P. till 17th December, 2018.

He has worked for the several institutions such as – M.P. Pollution Control Board, M.P. Road Transport Corporation, Nagrik Sahkari Bank Maryadit Gwalior M.P. Housing Board.

OFFICE STATUS : He has worked in the office which was established by His father Late Shri Justice Hargovind Mishra more than 60 years back and was succeeded by Justice Arun Mishra and thereafter was taken care of by him and till his elevation as High Court Judge, he has worked as Advocate in the office.
