E-Filing facility started in the High Court Madhya Pradesh in the year January, 2016 and as if now 66,462 (Complete Approx file) cases has been filed by Advocates and 5,769 Advocates get registered their self to file case online.

    a. If yes, how many cases filed through e-filing in the year 2013, 2014 & 2015 E-Filing facility started in the District & Session Courts of Madhya Pradesh in the year April, 2020 and as if now 838 (Complete Approx file) cases has been filed by Advocates and 486 Advocates get registered their self to file case online.

    At Tehsil Courts System Assistants and IT Assistants are working by means of outsourcing from the funds of State Government.
