e-Meeting

This software is used by the Hon’ble Information Technology Committee and other Hon’ble Committees for e-meetings. The objective of e-Meeting is to introduce paperless meetings. In paperless meetings all the noting of agenda and decisions are documented and archived on digital media including the Action Taken Report of all the decisions on key parameters for easy retrieval and authentication and simultaneous search out of all previous agenda, noting, decision and action taken report.
