Mr. Kuntal Sharma Pathak

Shri Kuntal Sharma Pathak is an Officer of the rank of District Judge from Assam Judicial Service. Joined service in the year 2004. He served in various capacities as a Judicial Magistrate, Civil Judge Senior Division, Additional District & Sessions Judge in different districts across the state of Assam. He also served in the administrative side in different capacity as the Joint Registrar (PM&P)/CPC, Registrar (Administration), Registrar-cum-Principal Secretary to Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court. He was also posted as Legal Remembrancer & Secretary to Government of Assam, Judicial Department. He joined as the Member (Processes), E-Committee, Supreme Court of India on 9th August 2023.
