Other Online Payments

E-payment of Court Fees in the High Court has already commenced. Also, the online payment of various deposits, court fees is made through M.P. Online KIOSK centres. Also, the facility for making online payment pertaining to court fees, RTI application, copying and other deposits / Civil Court Deposits (CCD) is available with the website of the High Court and State Treasury Department.

E-payment of Court Fees in the District Courts has already commenced. The payment of compensation to the victims of Motor Accident Claim Cases and Land Acquisition Cases may be directly credited into the bank account of concerned party. Also, the online payment of various deposits, court fees is made through M.P. Online KIOSK centres.

Vide notification no. 27/17 dated 01.09.2017, the payment of Court Fees by electronic Means was implemented and concerning section 25, 27a and 27aa were amended. In the High Court as well as Subordinate Courts of the Madhya Pradesh online Court Fees are paid either through net banking or POS machines made available by the Banks at filing centers of the High Court and District Courts. By using the electronic payment in the High Court Rs. 20,96,80,536/-, using e-filing in the High Court Rs. 4,21,18,336/- and in the Subordinate Courts Rs. 1,84,29,46,450/- (Total Rs. 2,09,47,45,322/-) has been deposited directly in the treasury as Court Fees Stamp.
